SoarFare points are nonrefundable and can only be used within our platform to book flights or transfer to others.
If you have an Active Subscription: No.
Your SoarFare Points will not expire as long as your monthly subscription remains active and paid.
If your Subscription is Frozen or Cancelled: Yes, Points can expire.
If you stop paying your monthly fee, your account moves to a Frozen Status. Points can still be redeemed while frozen, but they stop accruing.
The subscription will be automatically cancelled and all your accrued Points will expire if the account remains in Frozen Status for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
